Account Cancellation
If payment is not received by the due date, you will be notified by e-mail. You will have 7 days to bring your account current, or the account may be disabled or terminated.
If you wish to cancel your account, you must do one of the following:
- Complete our online Cancellation Form
- Fax a letter to 800-861-0956; in the letter, include your e-mail address (must match what we have on file), domain name, and password (to verify authenticity)
- Snail mail a letter to Internet Services, C/O Affordable Hosting , PO Box 237, Woodbridge, VA 22194; in the letter, include your e-mail address (must match what we have on file), domain name, and password (to verify authenticity)
Any prepaid balances (full months) you have will be refunded to you.
We do not offer pro-rated refunds (for parial months).
We cannot accept cancellation requests over the phone for security reasons.
Returned Check Fee
We charge a $25.00 fee for returned checks. If a check is returned, you will be required to pay the returned check fee as well as any balances due by money order or bank check.
